International moves with Victor Ek and partners

An international move begins with an evaluation visit, or a moving review. During the visit we assess the amount of movables to be transported and the need for packing material, present the transport and schedule alternatives and discuss the conditions and customs regulations in the destination country. We prepare a cost estimate and offer on the international move according to the agreed service contents on the basis of the information obtained during the evaluation visit.

Our trained moving personnel will take care of packing all movables, loading, transport and delivery to the new home according to the agreed schedule. If the destination is outside the EU, Victor Ek will take care of the customs clearance for the moved items in the country of departure and destination country.

Victor Ek shoulders its responsibility for the environment: packing material is recycled or recovered for possible reuse.

It is also possible to include moving insurance and warehousing services in Finland and abroad in the international move service package. If necessary, we will also take care of cleaning the apartment after the move.

Short-term warehousing
Are you moving in smaller apartment or can some reason cant take all your stuff with you? We store your items if necessary in dry conditions in our warehouses.

Our warehouse is fireproof, electronically guarded and suitable for moving items specialty stores. Short-term storage for example for home remodeling period, treated with leg frame containers having a capacity of about 43 cubic meters.
  
Long-term warehousing
Are you moving in smaller apartment or can some reason cant take all your stuff with you? We store your items if necessary in dry conditions in our warehouses. Our warehouses are fireproof, electronically guarded and suitable for moving items specialty stores. Long-term storage take place approximately 7m ³ of wooden storage boxes. In addition, there is a jumbo-size storage boxes, such as large furniture.
  
Warehousing of valuables
We store your valuables in our warehouses in safe and dry conditions.

Our warehouse is fireproof, electronically guarded and suitable for moving goods specialty stores.
