- WHAT IS A GOOD WAY TO START AN OFFICE MOVE PROJECT?
An office move is good to start with a free of charge pre-move survey. The survey gives us important info about the movables’ total volume, schedule and other crucial details.
- HOW DOES THE MOVE PROCEED
After the survey, we’ll send you a detailed quotation. Before the move, there will be a move meeting, during which we’ll go through the schedule and all details. After the move we’ll set a pick-up date for the moving boxes, and about a week after we’ll send you an invoice.
- CAN VICTOR EK HELP INSTALL OUR NEW FURNITURE?
Yes, our crew can take care of all furniture installations. This can be done during the move day or afterwards.
- WHEN DO WE RETURN THE MOVING BOXES?
You can hold on to the boxes as long as needed. The charge is based on the days they are on rent. It is good to set the pick-up date 2 days prior.
- CAN YOU TAKE CARE OF MOVING THE SAFE IN OUR OFFICE?
Yes – we can take care of moving of safes and other heavy items. The make and model of a safe helps in planning the move.
- WILL OUR INSURANCE COVER THE MOVE?
Insurances are various in nature. It is good to check with your insurance company whether or not your insurance covers moves. If not, we offer cost-efficient off ice move insurances with Fennia.
