Office move FAQ

We recommend beginning your office relocation process with a professional assessment visit. It provides the necessary information about the volume, timing and important details of the move.

Yes, our crew can take care of all furniture installations. This can be done during the moving day or afterwards. We install and assemble workstations, new desks and install artwork, if needed, among other things.

 

You can keep your rented boxes as long as needed after your move. Box rental fees are based on the quantity and rental duration. Please schedule the box pickup with us at least 2 working days before your preferred collection date.

Yes – we also handle specialty moves, which include moving heavy items such as safes. Please include the make and model of your safe in your quote request or relocation summary.

 

Insurances are very diverse and company-specific. You should check with your insurance company to see if your insurance covers the relocation being handled by a moving company. Victor Ek offers affordable moving insurance based on the cost of the move and the value of the movables.
