Victor Ek’s full-service home move takes care of your moving needs beyond all expectations. We discuss your requirements carefully and our skilled professionals look after your possessions from start to finish. Our movers handle everything for you – from packing and unpacking to installations of your furniture.
It all starts with a free survey visit from our professional. We make a precise inventory of your property and pack and protect it with care. Your belongings arrive to your new home in perfect condition. The project ends with our meticulous move out and move in cleaning.
TIPS BEFORE MOVING:
- move is a great opportunity to organize and recycle unneeded items and furniture
- reserve few extra moving boxes – a good rule is to have 1 moving box per square meter
- Don’t pack your moving boxes too full and stack them in piles of 4
- Mark the content of each box with a move sticker
- Refrain from using regular tape as it may leave sticky marks on surfaces – rather use stretched film

- HOW DO I PROTECT MY FURNITURE?
Our moving services always include the protection of furniture during the move day. However, if you want, you can order protection materials from us in advance if you’d like to protect your furniture on your own.
- HOW MANY MOVING BOXES DO I NEED?
We recommend you have 1 moving box per square meter. For example, if you are moving out of an 80 square meter apartment, we recommend 80 moving boxes for you. In addition, we can deliver specialized boxes, such as hanging boxes for clothes and painting boxes.
- HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE BOXES?
You can hold on to the boxes for as long as you need. The box rent is determined by the days they are with you. It is good to agree upon the pick-up 2 days in advance.
- HOW LONG WILL MY MOVE TAKE?
Durations of moves are very case-specific and various factors affect the durations. For example, if you are moving into a 4th floor apartment and there is no elevator, or the moving truck cannot park in front of your main door, the carrying of your movables will naturally take longer.
- THE RENOVATION IN MY NEW APPARTEMNT WILL BE PROLONGED AND I NEED WAREHOUSING FOR MY MOVEBLES BEFORE THE MOVE ITSELF. HOW CAN I STORE MY MOVABLES?
We have a storage of our own and we offer cost-efficient storage services. Our storage rates are based on your movables’ volume and the time they are stored.
