1. Assessment visit and making an offer
The more accurate information we have about your company's relocation needs, the more precise our quote will be. That's why we conduct a detailed on-site assessment to create an accurate quote for your move. The assessment visit provides us with information on the volume, timing and other important details of the move, as well as the customer's specific requirements for the move. This is free of charge and without obligation.
2. Written order confirmation via email
After booking our moving service, you'll receive a written confirmation by email. This confirmation outlines all included services and details the moving plan. We do this to ensure complete clarity and peace of mind from the very beginning.
3. Planning of work phases and moving arrangements
We'll collaborate with you on a detailed project plan to ensure your operations continue smoothly both during and immediately after relocation.. Prior to moving day, we'll meet with you to discuss timing, logistics, and any additional services you might need.
4. Packing items and furniture protection
You can rent high-quality moving boxes from us, which we will send in advance so you can pack on your own. Victor Ek's business relocation service always includes protective measures for your furniture and office surfaces on moving day. If you prefer, you can also order protective materials in advance to prepare your furniture yourself.
5. Moving to new premises
Our professional movers will carefully load your furniture and belongings and transport them to your new premises according to plan. At your new premises, we'll protect surfaces before bringing anything inside. We also offer storage solutions if needed during your move.
6. Storage and recycling services (additional service)
Beyond the core moving service, we also offer storage and recycling services for your relocation. Our recycling service handles the environmentally responsible disposal of unwanted items and, where possible, the resale of furniture and appliances.
7. Office furniture installation
We also handle furniture installations during office relocations. The moving service includes assembling workstations and putting up boards and displays on walls. Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition so you can resume normal operations in your new location without delay.
8. Move-out cleaning (additional service)

9. Moving box collection

New furniture is coming to our new office - can Victor Ek help with the installation?
Yes, our crew can take care of all furniture installations. This can be done during the moving day or afterwards. We install and assemble workstations, new desks and install artwork, if needed, among other things.
When should the moving boxes be returned?
You can keep your rented boxes as long as needed after your move. Box rental fees are based on the quantity and rental duration. Please schedule the box pickup with us at least 2 working days before your preferred collection date.
Can the safe on our premises be moved during office move?
Yes – we also handle specialty moves, which include moving heavy items such as safes. Please include the make and model of your safe in your quote request or relocation summary.
Does our insurance cover the office move or business relocation?
Insurances are very diverse and company-specific. You should check with your insurance company to see if your insurance covers the relocation being handled by a moving company. Victor Ek offers affordable moving insurance based on the cost of the move and the value of the movables.
